About Our Founder

Kimberly Moore doesn't run campaigns. She builds movements.


As the founder of TQK Media, she's spent over a decade turning underdogs into winners, skeptics into subscribers, and everyday people into the most powerful voices in the room. Her work spans ballot initiatives, brand relaunches, public health crises, and B2C growth strategy — and her results speak for themselves.


Her ballot initiative record is undefeated. From passing the first tobacco tax hike in 15 years (Yes on 56) to mobilizing a 300-driver grassroots army that earned 700 million views and secured a 58% win for gig worker independence (Yes on 22), to coaching 100+ frontline clinicians whose social surge protected billions in community health funding (Yes on 35), to generating 1 billion impressions in 90 days that crushed a gubernatorial recall by 24 points — Kimberly has never lost a race she's taken on.
 

Her brand work hits just as hard. As Fractional CMO for MoviePass, she engineered one of the most unlikely comebacks in recent marketing history — rebuilding trust for a bankrupt brand and converting over 100,000 paying subscribers within the first year. When COVID misinformation was winning on social media, she trained 1,000 clinicians to fight back, reaching 16 million people organically in a campaign that became a national model for public health communication. And when a top NYC immigration law firm's paid ads stopped working, she conceived and launched Brad Show Live — a daily YouTube talk show that grew to 6.8 million views and drove 40% revenue growth.


Her clients have included MoviePass, Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, and Planned Parenthood. Her campaigns have earned a Pollie Award for Best Use of Social Media and the attention of the CDC.
Kimberly holds degrees in journalism and political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill — because she's always understood that the most powerful force in marketing is a story told at the right time, to the right people, in the right place.
She's based in New York City, where she lives with her overly enthusiastic Ewok, Nella.
